    Here is a link for the East Asian Language Files for Windows XP. After installing this you will be able to view and type any East Asian Language! PLEASE NOTE: These files have been ripped from a Windows XP CD. Unfortunately, I cannot reupload this file if it does get deleted because I did not upload this.

    THIS HAS BEEN TESTED BY ME! 100% WORKING!
