[RS] Empire Total War lan fix

working with one legit copy of etw and the other using cracked steam. i had the legit copy join the cracked steam and it worked perfectly. not sure if itll work with two downloaded copies but im sure someone can test it out. all work is done by me just go the idea to use peer guardian from somewhere else.
