Fraps 2.9.8 (Build 7777)

Fraps enables you to record your gaming footage,with minor decrease in performance. Also fits with important events of MMORPGs such as World of Warcraft , Lineage 2 , and much more.

But to be honest you'll need to reduce the File's size,here's an average guide:

After you finish recording, import the video file into Windows Movie Maker. Then save it to your computer as High Quality and the file size should be reduced by 98%. Next, you delete the original video file and there you have it.

I've added some HD (1080p) wallpapers in order to make the file 5MB (Minium Rapidshare size for Rapidpoints)
